I just held a first birthday at Gymboree at Redmond Town Center. They provided everything-games, favors, balloons, invitations (though I used Evite).
The only thing I had to provide was cupcakes (or whatever food you want to serve). We had 38 people there.

I have visited 2 weeks back; it was slightly cloudy on that day. Its better you go when there is sunny clear sky at Crater Lake, so that the lake looks very beautiful. And you can visit Diamond Lake present nearby Crater Lake.

Check the leaving/return timings of cruise (as far as I know last one is at 11:00/11:30 PM) and visit information center after reaching the destination.
Make sure you have cruise phone numbers.
Make sure you have chains if you are visiting snow mountain.
